Refund Policy
Thank you for purchasing one of my workshops or coaching packages. I want you to feel confident in your decision and know that I’m here to support you. Please review the following refund policy for my offerings:
Workshops & Coaching Packages
– Refunds for Workshops & Coaching: If you decide my virtual workshop or one-on-one coaching package isn’t the right fit, I offer a full refund if requested within 7 days of purchase. After this period, no refunds will be available, as the workshop space is reserved, and planning is required in advance.
– Scheduling: For workshops, scheduling will open in January 2025, and you will be contacted to arrange a time between January and June 2025. For coaching packages, we will work together to schedule your sessions at a mutually convenient time.
– Postponements & Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule or postpone your participation, please contact me at least 14 days in advance. I will do my best to accommodate changes within the available dates.
– Book: If you receive a physical copy of My Life in Paragraphs: Find and Tell Your Stories and it is damaged or defective, please reach out within 14 days for a full refund or replacement.
Refund Process
Once a refund request is received, I will review it and notify you of approval or rejection via email. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for this to reflect in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the processing time, please double-check your account. If the issue persists, contact your bank or credit card provider, as they may require additional time to post the refund. If you still haven’t received it, please email me at hello@aprilbell.com, and I’ll assist you further.
Gifts
If the workshop or coaching package was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to your recipient, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser. If a book was sent as a gift and it is damaged, please contact me within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
